本次入库采用资格预审的形式，意向投标人按要求提交报名资料，经评审小组评审合格后才有资格参与投标，投标人资格要求具体如下：
1、经营范围：具有本标段经营内容；
2、注册资金：人民币50万元（含）以上；
3、注册年限：成立2年（含）以上；
4、过去近三年的平均年营业额不少于300万元；
5、类似业绩：近两年具有同档次五星级酒店合作业绩3个以上；

Pre-qualification is adopted for this warehousing. The intended bidder shall submit the registration information as required and be qualified to participate in the bidding only after passing the evaluation by the evaluation team. The qualification requirements of bidders are as follows:

1. Business scope: business contents of this bidding section;

2. Registered capital: MORE than 500,000 Yuan (including);

3. Registered years: more than 2 years (inclusive);

4. The average annual turnover of the past three years shall be no less than RMB 3 million;

5. Similar achievements: More than 3 cooperation achievements of five-star hotels of the same grade in the past two years;
