所罗门群岛南太大学校区扩建项目建设资金已落实。本项目具备招标条件，招标人为中国港湾工程（SI）有限责任公司，现进行公开招标，并采用电子化招标投标方式。

本招标项目所罗门群岛南太大学校区扩建项目招标人为中国港湾工程（SI）有限责任公司，招标项目资金来自自筹，出资比例为100%。该项目已具备招标条件，现对厨房用具、厕所用具、隔油池装置、冷机水泵、爬梯搭板及爬梯安全约束带采购进行公开招标。

Funds for the expansion project of the South Pacific University campus of the Solomon Islands have been implemented. The project meets the bidding conditions. The bidder is China Harbor Engineering (SI) Co., LTD., which is now open to the bidding, and adopts the electronic bidding method.

The funds for the bidding project are self-raised, and the investment proportion is 100%. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the procurement of kitchen utensils, toilet appliances, oil trap device, cooling machine pump, ladder board and ladder safety restraint belt is open to bidding

项目概况：

本项目占地约为5.6公顷，主要建筑有A综合楼（2层）及附属楼（4层）、B图书馆（2层）、F教学楼（2层），主要建筑面积2297m2。本项目为房建工程。主要建设内容包含新建3座多层楼教学楼及其配套设备设施，包括土建、装饰装修、机电等施工内容、相应的土石方工程、景观绿化、道路、永久边坡防护、各水电管线、消防、制冷、暖通、各自动化控制系统等。

招标内容：所罗门群岛南太大学校区扩建项目厨房用具、厕所用具、隔油池装置、冷机水泵、爬梯搭板及爬梯安全约束带采购：1个冰箱、4个厨房工作台、1个烤箱、20个给皂器、21个手纸分发器、12个干手器、18个残疾人厕所隔物板、1个隔油池、1组冷机水泵、5个爬梯搭板配约束带。

供货期限：暂定为2023年9月30日，供货地点：所罗门群岛霍尼亚拉（具体视招标单位施工进度而定，以项目需求为准）。具体规格数量及要求如下：

Project Overview:

The project covers an area of about 5.6 hectares, and the main buildings include A comprehensive building (2 floors), ancillary buildings (4 floors), and B library (2 floors) and F teaching building (2 floors), with the main construction area of 2297m2. This project is a house construction project. The main construction contents include the new three multi-storey teaching buildings and their supporting equipment and facilities, including civil engineering, decoration, electromechanical and other construction contents, corresponding earth and stone engineering, landscape greening, road, permanent slope protection, water and electricity pipelines, fire fighting, refrigeration, HVAC, automatic control system, etc.

Bidding content: Solomon islands south university campus expansion project kitchen appliances, toilet appliances, oil trap, cooling water pump, ladder board and ladder safety constraints with procurement: 1 refrigerator, four kitchen table, 1 oven, 20 to soap, 21 toilet paper distributor, 12 hand dryer, 18 disabled toilet partition board, 1 oil trap, 1 group of cooling water pump, 5 ladder board with constraint belt.

Supply term: tentatively set September 30,2023, place of supply: Honiara, Solomon Islands (depending on the construction progress of the tendering unit, subject to the project demand). Specific specifications, quantity and requirements are as follows

3. 投标人资格要求 Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 本次招标要求投标人须具备 厨卫用品业绩，并具有与本招标项目相 应的供货能力。This tender requires the bidder to have the performance of kitchen and bathroom products, and have the corresponding supply ability to the tender project.

3.2 本次招标不接受联合体投标。Consortium bidding is not accepted in this tende.

4. 招标文件的获取 Acquisition of the bidding documents

4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于 年 月 日 时至 年 月 日 时(北京时间，下同)，登录中交集团供应链管理信息系统http://ec.ccccltd.cn完成投标报名并下载电子招标文件。For those who want to participate in the bidding, please log in to CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System http://ec.ccccltd.cn to complete the bidding registration and download the electronic bidding documents from to (Beijing time, the same below).

4.2 本次招标不收取标书费。No tender document fee is charged for this tender

4.3.1 已在网并且已通过招标人层级供应商或已增加招标人为合作单位的供应商、上级供应商可直接报名参与。Suppliers and superior suppliers who have been on the network and have passed the tenderer level supplier or have added the tenderer as the cooperative unit can directly register to participate.

4.3.2 在网平级单位供应商未增加招标人为合作单位需进行合作意向申请通过后报名参与。At the network level, the tenderer as the cooperative unit needs to apply for the cooperation intention

4.3.3 未注册供应链系统的单位需进行注册，推荐单位或合作意向单位选择招标人，审核通过后方可报名参与。The unit without registered supply chain system shall register. The recommended unit or cooperative intention unit shall select the tenderer, and can register only after passing the examination.

5. 投标文件的递交 Submission of the tender documents

5.1 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 年 月 日 时 分，投标人应在截止时间前通过中交集团供应链管理信息系统递交电子投标文件。The deadline for submission of bid documents (the deadline for bid submission, the same below)is Bidders shall submit the electronic bid documents to the bidder through the Supply Chain Management Information System of CCCC Group before the deadline.

5.2 逾期送达的投标文件，中交集团供应链管理信息系统将予以拒收。Late delivered bid documents will be rejected by CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System

5.3 电子采购的供应商报价文件由电子报价表及附件共同组成。当电子报价表与附件内容冲突时，应以电子报价表的数据为准。The supplier quotation document of the e-procurement consists of the electronic quotation form and the attachments. In case of conflict between the electronic quotation sheet and the annex, the data of the electronic quotation form shall prevail.
